Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Innovator and Activator?

Innovator is the first phase, in which I work together with you to build a brand through a strategic process that contains five steps. From a discovery call, where I gather information about your brand, to finalizing the project with modern innovation.
Activator is the second phase that comes after Innovator, where you will benefit from creativity, and all the elements I design will be ready for use. It will impact your entire brand identity, from the foundation of the logo to the top-level service or product—ultimately driving more sales.
What's the difference between brand identity and visual identity?

Since brands are like living and breathing entities, you can imagine your brand like a human body. Your brand and visual identities work together to sustain a healthy being. With this in mind, brand identity refers to the more “internal aspects” such as mission, brand voice and brand personality. Visual identity is what's used to express those “physically or on the outside” such a logo designs, brand colors and typography.
Together they create a complete and unique identity. These two frameworks work in tandem to support the same goal of shaping a brand.
What's the main definition of brand meaning?

A brand is a product or service that has a unique and immediately recognizable identity, distinguishing itself from others in its industry. The consumer associates the product name, label, and packaging with particular attributes such as value, quality, or taste.
The best way to define a brand is by describing the feeling it creates for your customers, which they experience by consuming it. This feeling needs to be carefully crafted to encourage customers to return.
Will the logo feature all the capabilities of my brand?

A logo won't feature all the capabilities of your brand without the core elements of your brand identity. The logo is just a small part of the visual identity, which is a component of the overall brand identity. Without a structured system of services or a good product to sell, a logo won’t help you much.
You need to have a name, story, personality, and all the key elements that follow the symbol to shape the company.
Can I get just a logo from your process?

I am not just designing a logo for you to get quickly. I have a process for creating a logo, similar to creating a visual or brand identity, which involves a client questionnaire, style moodboards, and concept creation. After that, I will provide a complete presentation of the logo design, showing the process from start to finish, along with the visual identity.
Without a visual identity, you won't be able to see how the logo can be used and placed effectively, which is why I place the logo together with it to create a complete structure.
How does the process of building work?

Depending on the service you are interested in, the process of building begins with Innovator, a phase that consists of 5 steps and usually takes 4 weeks to complete. We will work together throughout this phase, and after that, I will present the entire design in Activator, a benefits phase, where I will explain the meaning of each concept.
You will receive all the file types, presentation, photography, and all included elements of visual or brand identity, and your brand will be ready to speak to the world.
