Discovery
The first step is called discovery. After receiving your inquiry through my booking form on calendly, I’ll reach out to schedule a initial consultation if your project seems like a good fit. This call lays the foundation for our creative journey. During the conversation, we’ll connect to explore, understand, and align your visions for the project.
My primary focus is understanding your objectives, target audience, and the purpose behind your design project. I'll ask thoughtful questions to uncover specific details about your vision, desired outcomes, and what your looking to get out of this project. Just a friendly chit chat at the end of the day!
After this call, I will send you a project proposal detailing the deliverables and the scope of work we discussed. Once you approve the proposal, you’ll be onboarded to my client portal, where you’ll receive a contract, a 50% deposit invoice, and a client workbook to provide information about your business. These steps must be completed before we begin the work.

Brand Strategy & Creative Direction
Depending on the package tailored for your business, the next stage may consist of a strategy call where we will deep dive into developing your brands strategy.
After this I will go into researching design styles that best fit the strategy for the business.
I will create 2/3 style direction moodboards for you to choose from, so we know right from the start which direction we're going in, in terms of typography, palette and layout styles, basically the general feel of the brand.
You will then decide which style direction you prefer and I'll deep dive into the creation stage.

Creation
I begin by immersing myself in the project, using insights from the brand strategy and client workbook. I brainstorm concepts, sketch ideas, and explore various design directions that align with your goals and preferences.
I then translate these ideas into tangible visuals during the sketching stage, where I invest significant time. Through sketching, I filter out generic concepts and gradually arrive at those breakthrough ideas.
I experiment with color schemes, typography, imagery, and layout compositions, iterating continuously to ensure the design aligns with your brand strategy and goals.
My packages include two rounds of revisions to refine the concept, and if a new direction needs to be explored, that option is also available.

Showcase
The culmination of the creation stage involves presenting the identity concept design to you via a call. I’ll prepare a comprehensive brand presentation that showcases the evolution of the design and highlights the thought process behind each decision.
This presentation provides an opportunity to discuss the concept, address any feedback, and ensure your satisfaction before delivering the finalized design assets.

Finalise & Off-boarding
After receiving feedback from the showcase call, I will ask if you would like to make any changes based on the design and your preferences, especially if something was missed from the brand style guidelines presentation.
Once everything is approved and the final 50% invoice is settled, I will create your comprehensive brand guidelines document and package all the final assets in every file format you’ll need for both web and print. At this stage, I’ll also ask for your final feedback on the design journey and our collaboration.
